Role Description The Tendering Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Noida, responsible for managing the end-to-end tender process for domestic and international opportunities.



The role includes identifying relevant tenders, reviewing tender documents, coordinating with internal stakeholders for technical and commercial inputs, and preparing compliant, competitive proposals. The Tendering Specialist will track submission timelines, ensure proper documentation, and maintain tender records and databases. Daily tasks also involve collaborating with sales, finance, and engineering teams to align bids with company capabilities, participating in pre-bid meetings when required, and supporting post-tender clarifications and negotiations.

Strong tender management and procurement skills, including experience in handling public and private sector tenders.
