About the Role
We are looking for an HRMS Implementation Specialist who can independently manage client implementations of WorkEdgeHR — from understanding requirements to configuration, data migration, training and go-live.
Key Responsibilities
Understand client HR processes and configure HRMS accordingly.
Set up HR policies, workflows, roles, permissions and approval structures.
Handle employee/master data migration and validation.
Configure modules such as Employee Management, Attendance, Leave, Payroll, Onboarding, Separation,PMS, ATS & EXIT.
Conduct UAT, resolve implementation issues and coordinate with the development team.
Train client HR/Admin teams and support successful go-live.
Maintain implementation documentation and timelines.
Requirements
1.5–3 years of hands-on HRMS/HRIS implementation experience.
Positive understanding of HR processes and policies.
Experience in HRMS configuration and data migration.
Good Excel/data-handling and troubleshooting skills.
Comfortable interacting directly with clients.
Basic understanding of APIs, integrations or databases is an advantage.
Coding experience is not required.
