This is an ON-SITE position based in Mohali, Punjab. We are specifically looking for candidates who are currently based in Mohali or are already residing nearby and can commute to Mohali regularly.
Candidates who are not comfortable working onsite in Mohali are requested not to apply.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our Finance & Accounting team. The ideal candidate will have 3–4+ years of hands-on accounting experience and a strong understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations, financial reporting, and day-to-day accounting operations.
This role will provide an opportunity to work in a US-based business environment and gain exposure to US Accounting processes and practices.
Key Responsibilities




Manage day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.
Record and review journal entries, general ledger accounts, and financial transactions.
Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
Perform bank, account, and balance sheet reconciliations.
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.
Prepare and maintain financial statements, schedules, and accounting reports.
Review invoices, payment records, expenses, and supporting documentation.
Identify and resolve discrepancies in accounting records.
Assist with accruals, prepayments, and other month-end accounting adjustments.
Maintain proper documentation and support audit requirements.
Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies, procedures, and controls.
Work with internal teams to obtain and verify accounting-related information.
Assist with financial analysis and reporting as required.
