Position: Inside Sales Counsellor
Location: Vadodara
Department: KDST – Kanan Digital Sales Team
Experience: 1–3 years in Inside Sales / Counselling / Tele-sales preferred (freshers with relevant skills can apply)

What You’ll Do
Connect with prospective students through calls and digital channels.
Understand students’ requirements, goals, and study-abroad plans.
Provide relevant guidance on Kanan’s services and offerings.
Follow up with leads and convert opportunities into enrolments.
Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM.
Achieve individual sales and revenue targets.




Build strong relationships with prospective students throughout the counselling journey.

What We’re Looking For
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing, negotiation, and sales abilities.
Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
Comfortable handling a high volume of leads and follow-ups.
Positive knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
Prior experience in education counselling, inside sales, or study-abroad sales will be an advantage.
