Role: Complete admission cycle — Lead Generation → Counseling → Follow-up → Conversion → Admission Closure

Key Responsibilities And Requirements

Generate and manage student leads through calling, WhatsApp & digital channels.
Counsel candidates regarding Online MBA programs.
Follow up with interested candidates and resolve queries.
Convert leads into confirmed admissions.
Maintain CRM and achieve monthly targets.
Monthly Target:* 8 Confirmed Admissions
Positive communication skills in both Hindi and English.
Must be a graduate and should not be pursuing any regular degree.
Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM and its usage.

₹20,000 earning at target achievement + additional incentives for exceeding targets.
