About the Role
AS Infotech is looking for an experienced and proactive Operations Team Lead to manage our CCTV Surveillance Operations Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of CCTV Monitoring Operators, ensuring smooth day-to-day surveillance operations, maintaining service quality, and delivering excellent client support.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead and manage a team of CCTV Monitoring Operators
✅ Monitor daily operations and ensure uninterrupted surveillance services
✅ Handle incident escalations and ensure timely reporting to clients
✅ Create and manage shift schedules and workforce planning
✅ Track team performance, attendance, and productivity
✅ Conduct quality audits and ensure SOP compliance
✅ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
✅ Train, mentor, and support team members
✅ Coordinate with clients regarding operational issues and service updates




✅ Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
1-2 years of experience in Operations, CCTV Monitoring, Security Operations, or Surveillance Management
Prior team handling experience preferred
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Good knowledge of MS Excel and operational reporting
Ability to work in rotational shifts when required
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
