Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Lead Generation Associate to support our business development efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching companies, identifying decision-makers, gathering relevant business information, and building qualified prospect lists for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

* Research and identify potential leads through online platforms and databases

* Gather company, contact, and market information from various sources

* Build and maintain accurate lead databases

* Verify and update prospect information regularly

* Pre-qualify leads based on defined criteria

* Support the sales team with targeted lead lists and market insights





* Maintain records using spreadsheets and CRM tools

* Meet daily and weekly lead generation targets

Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree in any discipline

* Strong written and verbal English communication skills

* Excellent internet research and information-gathering skills

* Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy

* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in Lead Generation, Market Research, Data Research, or Business Development

* Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, and online research platforms

* Understanding of B2B businesses and startup ecosystems
