Role Description This is a full time, on-site Audiologist role based in Bengaluru. The Audiologist will perform diagnostic hearing assessments, including pure tone audiometry, speech audiometry, tympanometry, and related tests, and interpret results to formulate treatment recommendations. Responsibilities include counseling patients and families, recommending appropriate hearing aids or assistive listening devices, performing fittings and real-ear measurements,



and providing follow-up care and adjustments. The role involves maintaining accurate clinical records, collaborating with other hearing care professionals, and contributing to patient education initiatives. The Audiologist is also expected to stay updated on advancements in audiology and hearing aid technology to continuously improve patient outcomes.
Qualifications
Formal education in Audiology (Bachelor’s or Master’s in Audiology or equivalent), with valid professional certification or license as required by local regulations.
Hands-on experience in diagnostic audiology, including hearing assessments, interpretation of test results, and development of appropriate management plans.
Skills in hearing aid selection, fitting, programming, verification, and troubleshooting, with familiarity using modern hearing aid software and equipment.
