Role Description The Sales Officer will be responsible for promoting and selling HiLITE Builders’ projects to prospective customers through direct interactions, property visits, and follow-ups. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying leads, managing inquiries, providing detailed information on project features and pricing, and maintaining strong relationships with clients from initial contact through closing.



The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely responses, accurate documentation, and smooth sales operations, while actively contributing to local marketing and channel sales activities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Malappuram, requiring regular in-person meetings and field visits.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to handle inquiries, explain project details, and build long-term client relationships.
Proven ability in Lead Generation and Sales Operations to manage pipelines, track prospects, and achieve sales targets.
Experience in Channel Sales, with the ability to collaborate effectively with agents, partners, and other external stakeholders.
Prior experience in real estate or related industries is an advantage, with knowledge of residential property sales and local market dynamics.
Comfort with basic digital tools and CRM systems for managing leads, documentation, and reporting.
