Human Resources Intern (Remote)

? About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to recruitment, talent acquisition, candidate engagement, onboarding, and HR operations in a professional work environment.

? Roles & Responsibilities

* Source candidates through various recruitment platforms.
* Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements.
* Conduct initial screening calls with candidates.




* Schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
* Coordinate the onboarding process.
* Maintain recruitment databases and candidate records.
* Build professional relationships with potential candidates.
* Assist in achieving recruitment targets.

* Excellent communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace.
* LinkedIn profile preferred.
