Location: Gopalpur (Brahmapur),Odisha

Purpose of the Role:
Implementation of the vocational skill development programs in the location along with overseeing the daily operations of the JN Tata Technical Education Centre (JNTTEC) and implementation of the technical trainings.

Key Deliverables:

· Oversee the daily operations of the JNTTEC, including managing staff, scheduling courses, and coordinating with external stakeholders




· Develop and deliver vocational skill development training programs for the youths of the location.
· Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement changes accordingly.
· Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records.
· Oversee the daily operations of the JNTTEC, including managing staff, scheduling courses, and coordinating with external stakeholders
· Collaborate with external stakeholders to promote the centre, it’s training programs and the vocational trainings.
· Manage the centre's budget and resources to ensure productive operation.
· Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, staff, and external stakeholders.

Minimum Work experience required: 3-8 Years

Minimum Qualification: Full time B.Tech/B.E. in any Engineering Discipline from a recognised university or institute.

Functional Skill Sets required:
Knowledge of the basic technical trainings imparted in JNTTEC.
