Role Description The Account Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Thane. The individual in this role will manage and grow client accounts, handle day-to-day communication with customers, and ensure timely resolution of queries related to freight forwarding and logistics services. Responsibilities include preparing quotations, tracking shipments, coordinating with internal operations teams and external partners,



and maintaining accurate records of bookings and documentation. The Account Executive will monitor service performance, follow up on payments, and support the implementation of service improvements to enhance client satisfaction. This role requires proactive engagement with clients, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications
Robust client relationship management and customer service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain long-term partnerships.
Solid knowledge of logistics, international freight forwarding, and basic shipping documentation (e.g., bills of lading, invoices, compliance requirements).
