Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sr. Executive–Recruitment role based in Raipur. The Sr. Executive–Recruitment will manage end-to-end hiring activities, including understanding workforce requirements,



drafting and updating job descriptions, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening profiles, and coordinating interview schedules. The role involves conducting interviews, evaluating candidates against role criteria, and partnering with hiring managers to ensure timely and effective staffing. The Sr. Executive–Recruitment will maintain recruitment databases and reports, support employer branding initiatives, and ensure adherence to company policies and relevant labor regulations. The position also includes continuous improvement of recruitment processes to enhance candidate experience and hiring efficiency.
Qualifications
Ability to develop and update clear, role-specific job descriptions and recruitment documentation (Job Description Development).
Proven experience in end-to-end recruiting and hiring processes, including sourcing, shortlisting, and offer management (Hiring, Recruiting).
