Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced AWS Data Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in AWS, Python, SQL, Snowflake, and Jenkins. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and data solutions on AWS, with a strong focus on data integration, transformation, automation, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows on AWS.
Develop data processing and transformation solutions using Python and advanced SQL.
Work extensively with Snowflake for data ingestion, transformation, warehousing, and optimization.
Develop and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
Integrate data from multiple sources into AWS and Snowflake environments.
Build reliable and reusable data engineering frameworks and workflows.
Optimize SQL queries, data pipelines, and Snowflake workloads for performance and cost.
Implement data quality, validation, monitoring, and error-handling mechanisms.
Collaborate with Data Architects,



Analysts, Developers, and business stakeholders.
Troubleshoot production data pipelines and resolve data-related issues.
Follow best practices for security, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

Mandatory Skills

AWS – strong hands-on experience with core AWS data services.
Python – strong programming and scripting skills.
SQL – advanced SQL, complex queries, joins, CTEs, window functions, and query optimization.
Snowflake – hands-on experience with data warehousing, SQL development, data loading, and performance tuning.
Jenkins – experience in CI/CD pipeline development and automation.
Robust understanding of ETL/ELT concepts and data engineering principles.
Experience working with large-scale datasets and production data pipelines.
