IT Team Leader / Technical Lead
Kochi | Full time | Supporting Plus UAE Group & Vortexen Dynamics
We're looking for a hands-on IT Team Leader to own our tech stack and lead our existing IT team.

You'll own

Software architecture & full-stack development (backend + frontend)
Mobile app development
AWS cloud infrastructure & DevOps
CI/CD & production deployments
Database administration & security
Monitoring, incident response & production support
Internal IT support & client technical support
Team mentoring & technical planning

Must-haves

Strong full-stack development background
Working knowledge of AWS, CI/CD, and cloud deployments
Practical AI knowledge — using AI tools/APIs in development or building AI-assisted features is a must
Comfortable owning production systems end-to-end, including being available for critical issues outside standard hours
Ability to lead a small team and document systems for continuity.

Salary: Up to INR 60,000/month (based on experience)
