We are seeking an experienced Creative Designer with a keen eye for aesthetics and a proven track record of creating high-performing ads for social media platforms. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional design skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, and the ability to translate brand identities into visually engaging content.

Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and design visually compelling ads, images, gifs, and videos for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand target audiences, campaign goals, and messaging strategies.
Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and best practices to inform design decisions and optimize ad performance.
Execute projects from concept to completion, managing multiple deadlines and deliverables with meticulous attention to detail.
Create engaging sales pages, brochures, packaging, and other marketing materials that effectively communicate brand messaging and drive customer engagement.




Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create visually intuitive and user-friendly web and landing page experiences.
Contribute to UI/UX improvements by designing layouts, user flows, and creative assets that enhance engagement and conversion rates.
Ensure consistency across digital touchpoints while balancing visual aesthetics with usability and user experience best practices.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative ideation to generate cutting-edge design concepts and campaign ideas.
Provide creative direction and guidance to junior designers or external contractors when necessary.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies, design tools, and digital platforms to continuously enhance skills and capabilities.
Design and deliver collateral within deadlines and at a swift pace.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
