Role Description The Healthcare Artificial Intelligence Training and Evaluation Specialist is an in office role based in Salem. This position is responsible for preparing, curating, and annotating healthcare data used to train and test AI models, with a focus on clinical relevance and data quality. The specialist collaborates with clinicians, data scientists, and engineers to define training guidelines, validate outputs, and refine AI systems for accuracy, safety, and regulatory alignment. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing medical content, documenting findings, tracking performance metrics, and providing structured feedback to improve AI behavior. The role also involves supporting process documentation, participating in quality assurance reviews, and contributing to continuous improvement of AI-driven healthcare tools.

Qualifications
