We are hiring a Sales Coordinator for our Client, a leading reliability and performance testing lab serving solar developers, financiers, and asset owners worldwide. The Client’s integrated services help mitigate risk, optimize financing, and improve solar and energy storage performance across the project lifecycle. Its globally recognized Product Qualification Program (PQP) replaces assumptions about PV module performance with quantifiable metrics, while related data and consulting services provide procurement intelligence for downstream solar buyers.
The Role:
Reporting to the VP of Sales and Marketing of the client team, the Sales Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting Client’s teams with day-to-day sales coordination activities. This is an ideal role for an individual who is looking to get exposure to the global PV module manufacturing and downstream solar market.
What you’ll do:
· Update and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database daily.
· Coordinate handoff activities between the Sales and Project Management teams.




· Support the Sales team in drafting proposals and change orders while maintaining proposal templates.
· Update sales opportunities in preparation for weekly and monthly meetings.
· Track post-sales activities as projects enter the execution stage, including coordinating with customers and other entities to arrange Product Qualification Program (PQP) witnessing.
· Manage and maintain customer data in preparation for Client’s annual PV Module Reliability Scorecard.
· Schedule in-person and virtual client meetings for the Sales team.
· Support the Sales and Marketing team as clients, opportunities, and projects progress through the sales funnel.
· Conduct outreach to prospective customers as needed.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
