Role Description The Senior Interior Designer role at bludesign is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The Senior Interior Designer will lead interior design projects from concept to completion, including developing design concepts, preparing layouts, and coordinating with architects, consultants, and contractors. This role involves overseeing space planning, producing detailed construction and design documentation, selecting FF&E;, and ensuring that design intent is maintained throughout the project lifecycle. The Senior Interior Designer will collaborate closely with clients to understand requirements, present design proposals, manage timelines, and support project teams to deliver high-quality, functional, and aesthetically aligned interiors.
Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in Interior Design and FF&E; selection, including materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures.
Robust skills in Space Planning to optimize functionality, circulation, and user experience.




Professional experience in Architecture and coordination with multidisciplinary design and engineering teams.
Proficiency in preparing and reviewing Construction Drawings and technical detailing for execution on site.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Advanced skills with design and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, 3D rendering tools).
Proven experience managing interior design projects, including client communication, scheduling, and coordination with vendors and contractors.
Strong aesthetic sensibility, attention to detail, and ability to balance design vision with budget and timeline constraints.
Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site in Noida.
Prior experience in a senior or lead interior design role, preferably in commercial, residential, or hospitality projects.
