About the Role
Auto Trade Group is seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Developer – Air Force / Defence Business to drive business growth within the Air Force and Defence sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong industry knowledge, excellent relationship management skills, and experience in identifying and securing business opportunities within government and defence organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and pursue recent business opportunities in the Air Force and Defence sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Defence organizations, Air Force establishments, government agencies, OEMs, and strategic partners.
Track upcoming tenders, RFPs, procurement opportunities, and defence projects.




Coordinate with internal teams for proposal preparation, bid management, and project execution.
Manage the complete business development cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
Prepare business presentations, proposals, capability statements, and commercial offers.
Develop and implement strategies to increase market presence and revenue growth.
Participate in industry events, defence exhibitions, conferences, and networking forums.
Maintain market intelligence regarding competitors, industry trends, and government procurement policies.
Ensure compliance with Defence procurement procedures and company policies.

Strong understanding of the Indian Air Force and Defence ecosystem.
