We’re looking for someone who can own our online business like an entrepreneur — identify opportunities, take decisions, solve problems and consistently grow sales.
At Mashup, you’ll take ownership of our online business across:

What you’ll own
Marketplace Growth
End-to-end responsibility for marketplace business
Drive sales, visibility, conversion and platform performance
Build platform-wise growth plans
Identify opportunities across campaigns, pricing, advertising and product assortment
Work closely with marketplace account managers for better visibility and participation
Catalogue & Product Launches
Manage product uploads and catalogue accuracy
Optimise titles, attributes, descriptions, images and keywords
Ensure new collections go live on time
Coordinate product photoshoots, images, videos and content requirements




Inventory & Production Planning
Monitor SKU-wise and size-wise stock across platforms
Identify quick-moving products before they go out of stock
Prepare weekly production requirements every Monday
Plan inventory 30–45 days ahead considering our production lead time
Avoid both stock-outs and unnecessary overstocking
Marketplace Advertising & Promotions
Run and optimise marketplace advertising
Participate strategically in sales, deals and campaigns
Monitor ad spends, sales and ROI
Scale products that are working and correct products that are not

Manage day-to-day website merchandising and operations
Improve conversion, customer journey and product presentation
Coordinate banners, offers, launches and Shopify requirements
Work on COD confirmations, abandoned-cart recovery and customer conversion
Customer & Social Commerce
Ensure COD orders are verified before dispatch
Follow up with abandoned-cart customers when p
