Role Description
The Performance Marketing Manager is a full-time on-site role based in Recent Delhi, responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth across digital channels. This role includes planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns on platforms such as Meta, Google, and other relevant networks, as well as overseeing retargeting, funnel optimization, and performance analytics. The manager will collaborate closely with brand, creative,



and ecommerce teams to align campaigns with brand positioning, product launches, and promotional calendars. Daily tasks include monitoring campaign performance, managing budgets and bids, analyzing data to generate insights, and preparing regular reports and recommendations. The role also involves testing new channels, audiences, creatives, and landing pages to continuously improve marketing efficiency and return on ad spend.
