About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and highly experienced Senior Software Sales Engineer to lead our software sales initiatives across India.



This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with a robust technical background in industrial metrology and software solutions, combined with exceptional leadership and commercial skills. As the Senior Software Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales lifecycle—from lead generation and technical qualification to quoting and negotiating purchase orders. You will lead and mentor a high-performing, pan-India sales team, guiding them to penetrate new markets, expand existing accounts, and increase market share in alignment with ZEISS CMM Machines and advanced metrology software suites. Your expertise will be instrumental in positioning ZEISS India as a premium provider of metrology software solutions, driving growth and strengthening customer relationships across key manufacturing sectors.
