Role Description The Product Trainer is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram,



responsible for delivering effective training on myHQ products and solutions to internal teams and external stakeholders. This role involves planning and conducting product training sessions, demonstrations, and workshops to ensure users understand features, workflows, and best practices. The Product Trainer will develop training materials such as presentations, guides, and digital resources, and regularly update content based on product enhancements and user feedback. The role also includes assessing training effectiveness, analyzing participant performance and adoption metrics, and collaborating with product, sales, and customer success teams to address learning gaps. The Product Trainer will support onboarding of new team members, maintain training documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement of training processes.
