About the Role:
We are looking for a Technical Content Writer who can turn complex B2B technology, SaaS, data, and AI concepts into explicit, engaging, and SEO-friendly content.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable researching technical topics, understanding SaaS products, interviewing subject matter experts, and creating content that is useful for both technical and business audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Research and write high-quality technical content for blogs, landing pages, product pages, guides, and knowledge resources.
Create SEO-focused content around B2B data, lead generation, sales intelligence, SaaS, AI, data enrichment, email verification, and related topics.
Understand technical product features and translate them into simple, customer-friendly language.
Work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams to gather technical information.
Interview subject matter experts and convert technical discussions into structured content.
Create detailed how-to guides, product documentation, tutorials, comparisons, and educational resources.




Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search intent, topical authority, and organic rankings.
Research competitors and identify content gaps and opportunities.
Ensure content is factually accurate, well-structured, original, and easy to understand.
Update and optimize existing content based on SEO performance and product changes.
Maintain consistent brand voice and editorial standards across all content.
Support content initiatives such as newsletters, case studies, LinkedIn content, ebooks, and product-led content when required.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in technical writing, SaaS content writing, B2B content, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of SaaS, technology, AI, APIs, databases, or B2B software.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts without losing accuracy.
