We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional projects across our Enterprise Billing and revenue lifecycle solutions.
In this role, you will own projects end-to-end, from planning and requirements gathering through implementation and go-live, working closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Finance, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings strong project management expertise, a deep understanding of enterprise billing processes, and the ability to drive complex initiatives in a quick-paced SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities
Lead complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through delivery and go-live.
Own project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
Work closely with Product, Engineering, Finance, Customer Success, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.




Lead requirements gathering and translate business needs into clear project plans and actionable deliverables.
Drive projects related to enterprise billing, subscription management, invoicing, and quote-to-revenue processes.
Identify and proactively manage project risks, dependencies, and blockers.
Facilitate project meetings, provide regular status updates, and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to business requirements.
Support continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies.

Requirements
5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
Hands-on experience and strong understanding of enterprise billing processes and systems – a must.
