The opportunity

EY GDS is looking for a motivated, result oriented and quality focused experienced and skilled Insurance Gen AI (Generative Artificial Intelligence) Manager to join AI team. As a Gen AI Manager within Insurance domain, the candidate will be responsible for leading and delivering Gen AI solutions for our insurance clients across various domains such as marketing/sales, underwriting, claims, pricing, fraud, etc. The candidate will lead our Gen AI initiative within the insurance domain.

Your Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of Gen AI/AI strategies specifically tailored to the Insurance industry.




A Manager and a thought leader having positive business understanding, capable of translating business requirement into GenAI/AI and/or advance analytics problem.
Champion and oversee the successful integration of Gen AI tools and solutions into existing workflows and processes.
Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their business needs and objectives, partner with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, product managers, and underwriters to identify and prioritize high-impact use cases for Gen AI applications.
Oversee the development, training and deployment of Gen AI models for tasks within the insurance domain, such as policy generation, claims processing, fraud detection etc.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical considerations when utilizing Gen AI technologies.
Get involved in business development, client engagement, proposal writing and presentation
