Role Description The Demand Generation Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns to drive qualified leads and pipeline for the field-sales and location-intelligence platform.



Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and running demand generation programs, managing marketing automation workflows, tracking and analyzing campaign performance, and collaborating with sales to align on lead quality, follow-up, and conversion goals. The specialist will segment audiences, refine messaging, and experiment with content offers and channels to improve response rates and ROI. The role also involves reporting on key demand generation metrics, sharing insights with stakeholders, and continuously iterating on strategies based on data and customer feedback.
Qualifications
Strong skills in lead generation and sales collaboration, with the ability to align campaigns to pipeline targets and revenue goals.
Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting, including experience with dashboards, attribution, and performance optimization.
