Role Description The Content Creator — Reels & UGC is a full-time, on-site role based in Recent Delhi. This role involves planning, scripting, shooting, and editing short-form video content (especially Reels) and user-generated content for social platforms. The Content Creator will collaborate with internal teams to interpret briefs, develop concepts, and align content with brand guidelines and campaign goals.



Daily responsibilities include trend research, content calendar support, asset organization, and timely delivery of high-quality visuals and copy. The role also requires monitoring performance metrics, iterating on content based on insights, and actively participating in brainstorming sessions to keep ideas fresh and engaging.
Qualifications
Strong skills in short-form video creation, including filming, editing, and storytelling for Reels and UGC.
Proficiency with video and image editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Canva, or similar platforms).
Understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and their current trends and best practices.
Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas that align with brand voice, marketing objectives, and audience preferences.
