About the Role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to manage and support the FOS team in the Support & Claims Process. The role involves team management, data handling, performance tracking, and coordination with internal teams. Regular field visits will be required as part of the role.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and support the FOS team.
Monitor team performance, productivity, and daily activities.
Conduct regular field visits to support and monitor team members.
Coordinate with FOS teams on support and claims-related processes.
Track and manage operational data.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports and performance dashboards.
Analyze data and identify performance gaps.
Use Advanced Excel for reporting, analysis, and data management.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and escalations.
Conduct regular team reviews and provide guidance to team members.




Ensure process adherence and timely closure of assigned tasks.

Mandatory Requirements
1–2 years of team handling experience is preferred.
Advanced Excel and data management skills are mandatory.
Good knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel for regular field visits is mandatory.
Experience in Insurance / BFSI will be an added advantage.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
