Senior Training Manager – Learning & Development
Pulse Pharmaceuticals is looking for an experienced Senior Training Manager to lead learning and capability-building initiatives across the organization.
We are looking for a passionate L&D; professional with strong experience in pharmaceutical product training, sales-force capability development and learning program management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage pharmaceutical product, therapy-area and sales training programs.
Design and deliver induction, product knowledge, selling-skills and continuous learning programs.
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and identify capability gaps.
Develop training materials including presentations, visual aids, assessments, facilitator guides and digital learning resources.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Medical and HR/L&D; teams to align learning initiatives with business objectives.
Develop competency-based learning programs for different roles.
Measure training effectiveness and learner outcomes using appropriate evaluation frameworks.




Coach and mentor trainers to strengthen facilitation and training-delivery capabilities.
Track training KPIs and assess post-training performance and business impact.
Support training requirements for new product launches and strategic business initiatives.
Explore innovative approaches including AI-enabled learning, digital learning and interactive training solutions.
Requirements
5–8+ years of experience in Pharmaceutical Training, Learning & Development, Sales Capability or a related field.
Robust experience in pharmaceutical product and field-force training.
Good understanding of pharmaceutical sales processes, therapy areas and scientific communication.
Knowledge of adult learning principles, ADDIE, Training Needs Analysis, competency mapping and training evaluation.
Excellent presentation, facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.
Experience developing training content, assessments and learning resources.
