Role & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-throughput Java microservices deployed on AWS (EC2, ECS, Lambda, API Gateway).
Build and optimize resilient data pipelines using SQS, SNS, DynamoDB, and RDS—ensuring low-latency and fault-tolerant operations.
Automate CI/CD workflows using AWS CodePipeline, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions; integrate infrastructure-as-code via CloudFormation or Terraform.
Implement observability best practices with CloudWatch, X-Ray, and custom metrics to monitor system health and performance.
Collaborate with product and QA teams to define acceptance criteria, write unit/integration tests, and ensure zero-downtime deployments.
Contribute to security hardening—IAM policies, secrets management (Secrets Manager), and compliance alignment (SOC2,



ISO27001).

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
Java 8+ (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, REST APIs)
AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, DynamoDB, RDS)
CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline)
Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
Monitoring & Logging (CloudWatch, X-Ray, ELK stack)
Microservices Architecture & Event-Driven Design
Preferred
Kubernetes (EKS) / Docker
Serverless Framework or AWS SAM
Experience with FinTech or High-Volume Transaction Systems
