We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Manager to join the team on a 3-month remote contract.
The role will be responsible for overseeing Salesforce initiatives, managing technical and functional teams, driving platform optimization, and ensuring Salesforce solutions are aligned with business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have robust experience managing Salesforce environments and teams, with a solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, delivery, integrations, governance, and stakeholder management. The candidate should be comfortable operating at both a strategic and hands-on level.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee Salesforce projects, enhancements, and transformation initiatives from planning through delivery.
Manage and coordinate Salesforce developers, administrators, consultants, architects, and external partners.
Define and maintain the Salesforce roadmap in alignment with business priorities.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Oversee Salesforce architecture, configuration,



customization, integrations, and platform performance.
Establish and maintain Salesforce governance, development standards, security practices, and best practices.
Review technical solutions and ensure alignment with Salesforce platform capabilities and enterprise architecture.
Manage delivery timelines, priorities, dependencies, risks, and resources.
Ensure successful implementation of Salesforce releases and enhancements.
Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, QA, and other technology teams.
Support UAT, release management, and production deployment activities.
Monitor platform performance, adoption, data quality, and overall Salesforce health.
Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and process improvement.
Manage relationships with Salesforce implementation partners and third-party vendors where applicable.
