We are looking for a motivated and responsible Sales & Customer Service Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle sales enquiries for spare parts
Communicate with customers and understand their requirements
Prepare and follow up on quotations
Follow up with customers on orders, payments, and deliveries




Provide professional customer service and after-sales support
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing
Understand and assist with import/export processes and documentation
Communicate with overseas suppliers/customers when required
Maintain customer records and follow up on potential sales opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
Experience or knowledge in spare parts sales
Valuable sales and customer service skills
Basic understanding of import/export procedures and documentation
Good communication and follow-up skills
Comfortable working from our Ahmedabad office
Able to join immediately or within a short notice period
Candidates with experience in spare parts, international trade, import/export, sales coordination, or customer service will be preferred.
