You are an experienced Workday Integrations professional with deep expertise in the US Benefits domain and a proven track record of delivering complex, enterprise-grade integrations. You thrive in environments that require independence, critical thinking, and proactive communication. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, rapidly understanding business requirements, and delivering high-quality Workday integration solutions with minimal guidance while maintaining strong documentation and governance standards.

The Opportunity

As a Workday Advantages Integrations Developer, You Will

Lead the end-to-end design, development, testing, and deployment of Workday integrations for pharmacy benefits (Rx) and Life Insurance Evidence of Insurability (EOI) vendors.
Develop and configure integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, RaaS, Web Services, XSLT, Complex Calculated Fields, and related Workday technologies.
Create detailed integration specifications, field mappings, technical designs,



testing documentation, and deployment artifacts throughout the integration lifecycle.
Configure and manage integration security users, security groups, authentication protocols, and OAuth 2.0 connections in alignment with security and compliance standards.
Troubleshoot integration failures, perform root cause analysis, recommend solutions, and communicate findings effectively to technical and business stakeholders.
Collaborate with HR, Benefits, Technology teams, and external benefit vendors while driving best practices for long-term integration stability, scalability, and supportability.

What You Need

At least 5 years of hands-on Workday Integration development experience.
Strong expertise in the US Benefits domain with direct experience supporting benefit vendor integrations.
Experience building integrations for Pharmacy Benefits (Rx) vendors and/or Life Insurance providers, including Evidence of Insu
