About the Role
As an IT Support Executive,



this individual will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance and support (hardware and software) to an organization's users.

Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, operating systems, printers, email, VPN, Wi-Fi, and network connectivity issues.
Log, prioritize, track, and resolve incidents and service requests through Orion (Freshservice) ITSM, escalating complex issues to L2/L3 teams when required.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and standard business applications.
Manage user accounts, password resets, access permissions, and onboarding/offboarding activities in compliance with security policies.
Maintain IT asset inventory, software licenses, and coordinate hardware repairs and replacements.
Deploy software updates, operating system patches, firmware, and security updates.
Provide remote support to users across multiple office locations.
