About the Role
We are looking for an experienced International Sales / Business Development professional to drive business growth for Task Tracker Suite across international markets, particularly UAE and USA.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B IT services sales, international client acquisition, lead generation, relationship management, and end-to-end sales cycle management.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
· Generate and qualify B2B leads through outbound prospecting, cold outreach, referrals, networking, and other channels.
· Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline across assigned international markets.
· Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to proposal, negotiation, closure, and post-sales support.




· Conduct client discovery calls and understand business requirements.
· Present Task Tracker Suite and relevant IT/business solutions to prospective clients.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients.
· Prepare proposals, commercial discussions, and quotations in coordination with internal teams.
· Handle client objections and negotiate effectively to close deals.
· Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, revenue pipelines, and follow-up activities.
· Monitor lost opportunities and identify reasons for deal failures to improve conversion rates.
· Coordinate with delivery and internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
· Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, renewals, and account expansion.
· Conduct market and competitor research to identify current opportunities.
· Work toward achieving monthly and quarterly revenue target
