Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for RSVP Calling and Guest Management. The role involves making and receiving RSVP calls, confirming guest attendance, and updating guest lists and databases in a timely and accurate manner. The team member will coordinate with clients and internal event staff to track responses, manage special requests, and ensure guest details are correctly recorded. Daily tasks include maintaining call logs, sending follow-up messages, assisting with seating and invitation lists,



and supporting on-ground guest handling during events when required. The role also requires maintaining professional communication standards and representing Kaarwaan Events positively in all guest interactions.
Qualifications
Strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages, with a polite and qualified telephone manner.
Ability to manage guest lists, update spreadsheets or CRM tools, and maintain accurate records.
Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle diverse guests, address queries, and manage sensitive information respectfully.
Organizational and time management skills to handle high call volumes, follow up systematically, and meet event timelines.
Basic computer literacy, including email, messaging apps, and office productivity tools.
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or event management is an advantage.
