Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Content Writer – Real Estate role based in Gurgaon. The Content Writer will develop clear, engaging, and SEO-friendly content for property listings, website pages, blogs, marketing campaigns, and social media, with a focus on residential, commercial, and luxury real estate.



Daily responsibilities include researching market trends and local property information, drafting and editing copy that accurately reflects property features, and collaborating with marketing, sales, and consulting teams to ensure consistent messaging. The role also involves optimizing content for digital platforms, maintaining an editorial calendar, and updating existing content to improve clarity, accuracy, and user engagement.
Qualifications
Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and engaging content tailored to real estate audiences.
Experience in web content writing and SEO best practices for websites, blogs, and social media.
Ability to conduct thorough research on properties, neighborhoods, and market trends, and translate findings into accessible content.
Basic understanding of digital marketing principles, including content marketing and audience targeting.
