Job Purpose
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying,
developing, and closing strategic business opportunities within the mid-market segment. The role
involves building strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding client needs, and delivering
tailored solutions to enhance employee wellbeing through EAP services.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
• Generate and qualify leads within target organizations.
• Build and maintain solid relationships with key decision-makers (HR, leadership teams,etc.).
• Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements.
• Develop and deliver customized presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements with clients.
• Manage and track sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, delivery, operations) for successful execution.




• Represent the organization at industry events and networking forums.
• Continuously update knowledge on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications: -
• Postgraduate / MBA preferred
• Minimum of 2-3 + years of experience.
