About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive,



and communication-oriented Backend Executive to support our Business Development team.
The role will primarily involve lead generation through calling, prospect follow-ups, outreach, coordination, and database management. The ideal candidate should be confident on calls, comfortable communicating with prospective clients, and capable of maintaining systematic follow-ups and accurate records.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Calling
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and business contacts to generate current business leads.
Introduce Noesis Hotel Advisors and its services to prospective clients in a professional manner.
Identify and qualify potential prospects based on defined business requirements.
Understand the prospect's requirements and assess their potential as a business opportunity.
Maintain a consistent calling schedule and work towards achieving defined lead-generation targets.
