Role Description The Food and Beverage Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at The Fern Hotels & Resorts in Jaipur. This role oversees daily food and beverage operations, including restaurant, bar, banqueting, and room service functions, ensuring high standards of quality, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.



The manager plans menus in coordination with culinary teams, monitors inventory and procurement, and manages cost control and revenue targets. Responsibilities include supervising and scheduling team members, coaching staff on service standards, handling guest feedback, and coordinating with other departments for seamless events and dining experiences. The role also involves maintaining compliance with safety and environmental guidelines, implementing brand standards, and driving service innovations that reflect The Fern’s focus on sustainable, premium hospitality.
Qualifications
Strong food and beverage operations management skills, including restaurant, bar, and banqueting oversight.
Experience in menu planning, cost control, budgeting, and revenue management for F&B; outlets.
Proficiency in staff leadership, team scheduling, training, and performance management.
