Role Description: The Executive Assistant to the Managing Director is a full-time, in office role based in Tiruppur.
This role provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Managing Director, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and organizing internal and external communications.




The Executive Assistant will handle confidential information, prepare reports, presentations, and meeting documentation, and ensure follow-up on action items. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing correspondence, prioritizing requests, maintaining office records related to the Managing Director’s activities, and liaising with internal teams and external partners.
The role also involves proactively identifying ways to improve efficiency, supporting special projects, and ensuring the Managing Director’s time is used effectively.
Qualifications
Strong executive administrative assistance and administrative support skills, including handling confidential information and managing tasks for senior leadership.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
