Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Package Consultant specializing in Workday Recruiting, you will implement and support cloud-based recruiting solutions for clients. Your role involves conducting fit analyses, gathering requirements, designing, configuring the system, conducting unit testing, and rolling out the solution.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

Conduct Fit Analyses:



Conduct thorough analyses to determine the best approach for implementing Workday Recruiting solutions that meet clients' specific needs.
Design and Configure Systems: Design and configure Workday Recruiting systems to align with clients' requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.
Conduct Unit Testing: Perform unit testing to identify and resolve configuration and functional issues across recruiting and onboarding modules.
Provide Post-Implementation Support: Offer ongoing support to ensure clients achieve their desired business results after implementation.
Resolve Configuration Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve configuration and functional issues across various modules, ensuring optimal system performance.
