About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven Marketing & Growth Manager to lead Nutristar's marketing function across brand, digital, performance marketing, social media, content, campaigns, customer acquisition and retention.
The ideal candidate should be both strategic and hands-on—someone who can create the marketing strategy, execute campaigns, manage agencies/partners, analyse performance and continuously find ways to grow traffic, customers, revenue and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing & Growth Strategy
Develop and execute Nutristar's overall marketing and growth strategy.
Build monthly/quarterly marketing plans aligned with business and revenue goals.
Identify new customer acquisition and growth opportunities.
Own marketing KPIs including traffic, CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, revenue, repeat rate, retention and customer LTV.
Plan and execute product launches,



seasonal campaigns, sales and promotional events.
2. Performance Marketing
Lead Meta, Google and other paid acquisition channels.
Plan campaign structure, budgets, audiences, creatives and offers.
Continuously optimise campaigns for CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR and revenue.
Work closely with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
Analyse campaign performance and implement data-driven improvements.
3. Social Media & Content
Own Nutristar's social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
Develop content calendars and ensure consistent brand communication.
Drive organic reach, engagement, community building and follower growth.
Work with designers, video creators, copywriters and influencers to produce compelling content.
Identify trends, formats and content opportunities relevant to the nutrition/fitness space.
