What you'll do
Own paid social end to end — strategy, spend, ROAS and growth across Meta, TikTok, Snap and emerging platforms like AppLovin.
Lead media buying: account structure, budget allocation, bidding, audiences and placements.
Own creative strategy — customer psychology, buyer personas, messaging frameworks, angles, hooks, scripts and CTAs.
Brief editors and designers, then analyze winners and losers to find the patterns worth repeating.
Build a high-volume testing engine across concepts, formats and variations.
Manage a multi-discipline team across creative strategy, media buying and video editing.
Own full-funnel conversion — diagnose landing, offer, checkout and onboarding page by page, and fix what's breaking.




Partner with product, web and lifecycle to close conversion gaps outside the ad account.
Use ROAS, CTR, CPA, CPM, CVR and LTV to drive spend and creative decisions.
Set forecasts, budgets and targets, and report performance to leadership.
Track competitors, trends and emerging formats.
Shape the roadmap across Triplespeed's app portfolio and build the systems, processes and hiring plans to scale it.

Who we're looking for
5+ years in paid social, performance marketing or growth, with hands-on media buying.
Managed significant monthly spend with direct ROAS accountability.
Deep on Meta and TikTok; Snap, AppLovin or similar a solid plus.
Scaled acquisition channels profitably — not just maintained them.
Managed and developed teams across creative and media.
Strong direct-response instincts and grasp of consumer psychology and persuasion.
