ROLE OVERVIEW




The Tax Manager holds a central role in maintaining adherence to tax regulations and streamlining processes for employees on international assignments. This position addresses the tax implications of global mobility and supports a seamless transition for employees relocating between countries, with the goal of lowering tax exposure and cost while keeping both the organization and its people aligned with applicable tax laws.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepare, review, and submit tax returns and related deliverables for globally mobile staff within set timelines.
• Advise internal teams on tax planning, withholding obligations, and social security contributions, backed by sound strategic judgment.
• Partner with finance and HR functions to ensure payroll taxes and social security contributions are calculated and reported correctly.
• Guide assignment structuring by applying tax treaty positions and identifying tax-productive benefit options.
• Brief employees on their tax ob
