About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on HubSpot Implementation Expert with 2–3 years of practical experience across the HubSpot ecosystem.
This is a highly client-facing position involving daily communication with clients. The candidate must be comfortable conducting client meetings, gathering and documenting business requirements, recommending suitable solutions, and implementing those requirements within HubSpot.
The successful candidate will independently interact with clients, understand their marketing, sales, customer service, and CRM processes, and translate those requirements into effective HubSpot solutions.
Strong spoken English, professional communication skills,



and confidence in managing client conversations are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with clients daily through calls, video meetings, emails, and project discussions.
Conduct client discovery meetings to understand business objectives, challenges, processes, and technical requirements.
Gather, analyze, document, and confirm client requirements before implementation.
Translate business requirements into practical and scalable HubSpot solutions.
Manage end-to-end HubSpot implementation projects, from discovery and planning to configuration, testing, training, and launch.
Conduct HubSpot onboarding for Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, Content Hub, and Operations/Data Hub.
Configure CRM properties, objects, pipelines, deal stages, lifecycle stages, lists, forms, permissions, and user access.
Design and implement workflows, lead-routing processes, email automation, lead-scoring models, and customer journey automation.
