Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Executive role based in Thane.



The Account Executive will manage day-to-day client relationships, including handling inquiries, coordinating service delivery, and ensuring timely resolution of operational issues. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing documentation, maintaining accurate records of shipments and transactions, and supporting billing, invoicing, and payment follow-up. The role involves collaborating with operations and warehouse teams to align service commitments with client expectations, monitoring performance metrics, and assisting in reporting for key accounts. The Account Executive will also help identify opportunities to improve processes, support new client onboarding, and contribute to consistent, high-quality service.
