About Position:

We are hiring for the Support Lead position in Pune, requiring between 8 to 12 years.

What You'll Do:

Lead the design, development, implementation, and operational improvement of solutions using AWS, Redhat Linux, RHEL, RHCL.
Provide hands-on technical direction, conduct reviews, and ensure delivery quality, security, performance, and maintainability.
Plan and coordinate technical activities, remove delivery blockers, and support timely completion of commitments.
Mentor team members and promote engineering standards, automation, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and continuously improve service reliability and delivery outcomes.

Expertise You'll Bring:

Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Redhat Linux, RHEL, RHCL and the ability to apply these skills in enterprise delivery environments.
Experience leading technical delivery, reviewing solutions,



and guiding team members through complex implementation challenges.
Sound understanding of software or infrastructure lifecycle practices, security, performance, monitoring, and operational support.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, ownership, stakeholder management, and written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across engineering, quality, security, cloud, and operations teams.
